VoncathlA person of indeterminate gender who has been named as an associate of Quavladayti on At-Yaj. Voncathl is involved in a hypnotape learning project in a village south of the Imperial settlement. Voncathl is a person of androgynous appearance. Voncathl has given the party many hypnotapes, a hypnotape player and a ring which will supposedly identify them as willing to do a bit of smuggling for Voncathl's allies. A strange device similar in appearance to the strange device retrieved from the secret Glennga Station storeroom was briefly visible among Voncathl's possessions. Voncathl was encountered again on Gathu. He/She/It is obviously some sort of telepathic creature. Claims to be part of the Divergence. Was smuggling Casey units on Gathu, it appears.
