Kevin's Pizza Recipe

Ages and ages ago Kevin brought over a pizza dough recipe and we made pizzas. I'm recording the recipe here in case I need it again at some future date. :)
Ingredients
- dried yeast (2 tsp)
- ½ tsp sugar
- 1 cup (200ml) warm water
- 2 cups (500g) white bread flour
- pinch (¼ tsp) salt
- 2 (to 4) tsp olive oil
Instructions
- Mix yeast to match flour and 5 tbsp warm water.
- Leave in warm place until yeast activated (~10 minutes).
- Sift flour into bowl and add salt.
- Hollow out flour and add yeast mix, remaining water and oil.
- Mix into stiff dough.
- Transfer to board and knead until elastic.
- Leave in warm place to rise (45-60 minutes) until doubled in size.
- Return to board and knead for 4 more minutes.
- Roll to desired thickness.
- Add tomato paste and toppings.
- Bake at 180°C for 30 minutes.
Sauce
- 3 rsp olive oil
- 1 clove garlic
- 1 chopped tomato
- 1 tsp oregano
- 2-3 leaves fresh basil
- ¼ tsp salt
- pinch of pepper
Consume. :)
