The ConvergenceThe Convergence is said to be a hive entity of the same biological nature as the Ambassador and Casey, and part of the organisation commonly known as the Hive. Whereas the Ambassador and Casey belong to factions which wish to differentiate themselves from each other and others within the biological grouping, the Convergence wishes to unify the entire biological grouping in one single entity—itself. As such, it is hostile to all other factions within the grouping, and in fact to all other forms of sentient life. A Convergence mothership in the Anadraskan system caused the disappearance of several vessels. It was poisoned by the party, and its current health is unknown. |
